This will be the project I'm working on during this summar. Today the post-doc, who managers fermentation projects, gave us an introduction about the project. When she went to the application slide, she said xanthan gum can be used in food and cosmetic industry. So I become more willing to work on it...:P Well, her introduction successfully attracted my interests. And the project is complex enough for learning new things, I think... Hopefully, I can enjoy studying on this new topic and work well with her this summar.
